I get a lot of inquires about living in Hampton Roads ..... Coastal Virginia.  Our metro area is large and consist of 7 cities.  Virginia Beach is the largest City by population in Virginia, with over 450,000 residents.  One thing most people don't realize is the large territory our cities encompass. All formerly counties, now incorporated cities.   Va. Beach is over 250 square miles and Suffolk is the largest city in Virginia by physical size at over 420 square miles.

So most of our  7 cities have a variety of housing from country-farm and rural, to suburban, high density urban areas and coastal waterfront communities.  In Virginia Beach we have it all, plus the Atlantic Beaches and beaches on the Chesapeake Bay.
